General Terms and Conditions of the GAPC 2026 Conference

Payment

Fees can be paid using a variety of methods, including Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Debit Card or Debit Master Card, and PayPal. Payments made through Credit Card or Debit Card may incur fees depending on your card provider.

Early Bird Registrations close on 15 January 2026. Information on deadlines and fees is available under the ‘GAPC 2026’ tab above.

The ePay payment portal for GAPC 2026 will be available soon.

Invitation letters

Visa information for delegates from outside The Brazil is available under the ‘General Information’ tab above. Some delegates will  require a special invitation letter to obtain visas. If this applies to you do please request it from the Organising Committee at least three months prior to the GAPC 2026 by emailing the conference contact e-mail.

Confirmation of registration

You will receive a receipt and confirmation of registration by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time, please send an email to the conference contact e-mail.

Change of delegate

Substitution of attendees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inform the Organising Committee of the GAPC 2026 in writing via the conference contact e-mail giving the name of the substitute, by 1 February 2026.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances. Any requests for cancellations and refunds can be made in writing to the Organising Committee of the GAPC 2026 Symposium by sending an email to the conference contact e-mail.

Any refunds will be made after the GAPC 2026. If the GAPC 2026 is cancelled (for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee), registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Liability

The contributors will be carefully selected and the GAPC 2026 will be carefully prepared. The organisers of the GAPC 2026 cannot accept liability for the up-to-datedness, correctness and completeness of conference documentation and its content, unless the damage is the direct consequence of an intentional act or gross negligence. Neither the organisers of the GAPC 2026 will assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Symposium.

Disputes

All agreements between GAPC 2026 and the Other Party (conference participant) and all disputes which may arise between the Parties shall be exclusively subject to Brazilian Law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
